This is 30

Gainz Memberz!! I woke up this morning thirty-af! I'm talking 3-0, treinta, trente,

тридцать, 三十… you get the point. That point when I'm no longer consider too young.


Physical update... eye sight is good. all my senses work fine. body is actually feeling better than last year despite the bad right shoulder that I have... don't remember the last time I could throw a football far. My current personal records.... Bench Press: 275, Squat: 455, and Deadlift: 495. Pounds of course.


Mental update... I'm hungry. I'm ready for a new breakthrough. I'm in the middle of my associates degree, getting my most dreaded class out the way. I'm ready to wake up and not go to someone else's business for a living. I'm tempted to go home now. I've walked to my car 3 times and I've only been at work an hour. Each time I've gotten closer and closer to cranking it and leaving for the day. But don't worry, the grind isn't over.



Movies tonight with babe and dinner. I think at like 7 or something like that. So I will definitely be getting my peace lift in today. 3 hours of straight weight moving. Pure bliss. Complete gym body annual check-up. I haven't missed one since 2014. Pray for your well being...especially if you get in my way. I won't be stopped in 2020.

1000 Pound Club members only. On a serious note, glad to see someone crushing goals. Turning 30 this year as well and want to make the whole 30 is the new 20’s phrase come true, like most of us. Hopefully you can finish out the degree and move onto your true passion, keep up the hard work!
